TROY — The Troy girls soccer team topped Fairborn 2-0 Wednesday at Ernst Soccer Stadium.

Avery Noll and Evie Frigge scored the goals for Troy.

Eve Rammel and Maddie Wright each had one assist and Abbie Fleenor had six saves in goal.

SIDNEY — In a game that had a major impact on the MVL standings, Sidney edged Tippecanoe.

Vandalia-Butler now leads the conference at 8-0, while Tipp and Sidney are both 7-1.

Tipp will host Butler Wednesday and can gain a share of the MVL title with a win.

Kate Copp got the hat trick with three goals.

Kennedy Nichols had one goal and one assist, Autumn Brazie dished out two assists and Zyhir Bobbitt had one assist.

NEW LEBANON — The Newton girls soccer team picked up an easy win Tuesday.

Mia Szakal had three goals and one assist, Gwen Holbrook had one goal and three assists and Brilie Hines had one goal and one assist.

Brynnasen Fiely and Rylee Hess had one goal each and Meg Yoder had one assist.
