PIQUA — Students attending Piqua City Schools will begin returning to school on Tuesday, Sep. 3, for the 2024-25 school year.

The Piqua City Schools will be holding open houses, followed by the first days of school, in the next two weeks.

Below are some important dates to remember, according to Piqua City Schools’ website.

First day of school:

• Grades K-12 will begin classes on Tuesday, Sep. 3.

Indian Days/Open houses:

• Springcreek Primary School – Class lists is to be posted at school on Aug. 23 after 4 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 29, from 4-7 p.m. for all grades:

-4 p.m. (students with the last names A-F)

-4:45 p.m. (students with the last names G-L)

-5:30 p.m. (students with the last names M-R)

-6:15 p.m. (students with the last names S-Z)

• Washington Primary School – Class lists is to be posted at school on Aug. 23 after 4 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 29, from 4-7 p.m. for all grades:

-4 p.m. (students with the last names A-F)

-4:45 p.m. (students with the last names G-L)

-5:30 p.m. (students with the last names M-R)

-6:15 p.m. (students with the last names S-Z)

• Piqua Central Intermediate School (PCIS) – Class lists is to be posted on Aug. 23 after 4 p.m. at the main entrance.

-Tuesday, Aug. 27, from 4-6 p.m. HR Teachers.

-Wednesday, Aug. 28, from 4-6 p.m. HR Teachers.

-Thursday, Aug. 29, from 4-6 p.m. HR Teachers.

• Piqua Junior High School:

-Tuesday, Aug. 27, from 3-6 pm. (4-6 for teachers) – 7th grade.

-Wednesday, Aug. 28, from 3-6 p.m. (4-6 for teachers) – 8th grade.

• Piqua High School:

-Tuesday, Aug. 27, from 4-6 p.m. – 9th and 12th grade.

-Wednesday, Aug. 28, from 4-6 p.m. – 10th and 11th grade.
