PIQUA — Mainstreet Piqua will host A Chocolate Walk on Friday, Sept. 27 in downtown Piqua from 3-7 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 3, at the Mainstreet Piqua office, 326 N. Main St., Readmore’s Hallmark and Winans Coffee & Chocolates on Spring Street. Tickets cost $20 each, cash or check only please. A maximum of 175 tickets are sold and over 20 businesses participate.

On Sept. 27, starting at 3 p.m., participants will pick up their shopping bags from Winans Coffee & Chocolate on Spring Street. Inside their shopping bag will be a map and list of participating businesses. As participants make their way from business to business, some treats will be enjoyed on the spot and others may be stowed away for later. Participants are encouraged to shop along the way, said a press release from Mainstreet Piqua.

Once the participants have visited all the businesses, they will make their way to Readmore’s Hallmark for refreshments and a light snack.
