COLUMBUS GROVE — The Troy boys cross country team finished fifth in the Columbus Grove Invitational Red Race Saturday.

Troy’s top seven included Elijah Buschur, 20, 16:54.9; Ryan McChesney, 23, 16:57.9; Chet Snyder, 37, 17:24.1; Noah Zink, 54, 17:44.2; Zadok Reeves, 69, 18:07.3; Colin Watts, 76, 18:19.6 and Nate Reynolds, 80, 18:32.0.

Warrior Invitational

LEBANON — Noah Burgh led the Piqua boys cross country team to a third-place finish at the Lebanon Warrior Invitational Saturday.

Burgh won the race in 16:01.8 and Brycen Angle was fourth in 16:31.1.

The rest of Piqua’s top seven included Braden Holtvogt, 24, 17:19.7; AJ Burroughs, 41, 17:57.5; Evan Clark, 61, 18:20.8; Ty Pettus, 89, 18:54.6 and Harvan Bornhorst, 127, 19:49.2.

Treaty City Invitational

GREENVILLE — The Tippecanoe boys cross country team finished fourth at the Treaty City Invitational.

Tipp’s top seven included Will Hept, 25, 18:01.1; Sam Stark, 27, 18:03.5; Ben Pierson, 45, 18;33.8; Mason Kinninger, 46, 18:35.3; Noah Heisey, 52, 18:43.0; Nathan Kollmeyer, 69, 19:02.6 and Liam Vonderheide, 88, 19:28.5.

Lehman Catholic finished 18th.

The Cavaliers runners included Brian Baumann, 23, 17:54.6; Alex Goubeaux, 73, 1919:10.4; Thaddeus Bezy, 86, 19:26.7; Ethan Taylor, 91, 19:34.3 and Leopold Schmiesing, 142, 21:55.9.

Covington Eagles Invitational

COVINGTON — The Milton-Union boys took second at the Covington Eagles Invitational.

Colin Hinkelman finished second in 16:48.8.

Rounding out the Bulldogs top seven were Zak Klepinger, 8, 17:45.3; Andrew Oaks, 11, 18:09.0; Chase Parsons, 17, 18:40.7; Jacob Grube, 20, 18:50.8; Tyler Shoemaker, 38, 19:53.1 and Riley Kent, 47, 20:17.7.

Miami East finished third.

The Vikings top seven included Gunner Weldy, 9, 17:51.2; Johnathan Hedrick, 12, 18:12.3; Landon Moran, 19, 18:45.9; Reese Gipe, 27, 19:10.0; Corbin Farrier, 34, 19:35.3; Coleton Moore, 48, 20:17.6 and Tai McAdams, 54, 21:03.2.

Covington finished fourth.

The Buccs top seven included Beck Wilson, 6, 17:36.8; Chris Deaton, 10, 18:06.1; Claub Hembree, 31, 19:28.3; Preston King, 35, 19:37.6; Henry Skaggs, 37, 19:51.8; Kent Welborn, 44, 20:06.5 and Landon Reynolds, 45, 20:09.1.

Bethel finished sixth.

The Bees top seven included Justin Brinson, 4, 17:34.3; Patrick Firstenberger, 13, 18:20.8; Michael Trussel, 24, 19:01.6; Cullen Firstenberger, 53, 21:03.0; Caleb Ratliff, 64, 21:44.9; Caleb Wrobel, 92, 24:22.9 and Laucas Klimkowski, 93, 24:23.7.

Troy Christian finished eighth.

Eagles runners included Steven Edmonds, 28, 19:12.1; Jacob Pierce, 36, 19:37.9; Landon Patel, 40, 19:59.0; Henry Rupnik, 57, 21:19.0 and Rhett Baldwin, 59, 21:31.9.

Bradford finished 11th.

Railroader runners included Brendan Hansen, 73, 22:09.4; Kyree Roberts, 83, 22:56.9; Stephen Stewart, 84, 22:57.0; Lucas Nicholson, 89, 23:30.6; Eli Hoffman, 90, 23:33.7 and Zeb Lavey, 95, 24:57.6.
