TROY — The Miami County YMCA Robinson Branch is hosting a Cardio Dance A-Thon on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 9 a.m. to noon.

This program lasts three hours, in time to challenge your cardiovascular endurance all while having fun. There will be five dance instructors who have taught group exercises for many years at the Robinson Branch.

On the day of the event, there will be T-shirts for those who have registered in advance. There will be a complimentary bag for each guest with a bottle of water and some snacks that help with energy. There will also be a photo booth area where everyone can take pictures with family, friends, and the instructors. During the three hours, there will be breaks to hydrate, use the restrooms, and grab a snack if necessary.

The cost for this event is $20 per person for those who do not want a T-shirt. This registration option will be open on the day of the event. The cost for anyone who wants the T-shirt is $30 per person. This T-shirt registration must be paid by Friday, Sept. 6, at 12 pm.
