TIPP CITY — The Downtown Tipp City Partnership (DTCP) will host, in conjunction with several Tipp City businesses, the first ever Tunes Tour Beer Crawl, to be held Saturday night, Sept. 14.
The event is an exciting new event that invites participants to discover downtown Tipp City in a unique and fun way!” said a DTCP press release The Tunes Tour Beer Crawl will offer “lively mix of music, drinks, and nostalgia for everyone to enjoy.”
Participants will stroll through downtown Tipp City while taking a walk down memory lane. With 10 unique stops, each featuring a different music genre, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy your favorite tunes paired with craft beer, cider, or seltzer. Whether you’re a fan of rock, pop, country, or jazz, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
To make the experience even more memorable, we encourage participants to dress as their favorite artist or music genre. Capture your memories at various photo ops set up throughout the event. Let your inner rock star or pop icon shine.
Tickets are $30 each and include access to the Tunes Tour experience. Check in will be at the tent outside of Royal Crest Agency. The check-in process confirms payment, verifies participants are 21 or older, and provides each attendee with a map of the stops and 12 beer tickets. Each ticket can be redeemed for a 4-once-pour of beer at one of the 10 participating locations below. Be sure to get your tickets early, as the first 200 buyers will receive a complimentary pint glass.
Below is a list of what to expect:
• Royal Crest – Start your Tunes Tour at the check-in booth located outside of Royal Crest, then stop inside where you’ll also step back into the 60s with groovy tunes from that iconic era.
• Mauk – Head over to Mauk anytime during the crawl to pick up your souvenir pint glass. You can choose to grab it right away or at your leisure throughout the night. Don’t forget to strike a pose at the photo opportunity station!
• Thrivent – Relive the 2000s with the hits that defined the new millennium.
• Sugden – Rock out to the 80s Metal Hair Bands that defined a generation.
• Thunder Forge Gaming – Immerse yourself in the world of Video Game Music.
• Always Blooming – Feel the rhythm of 80s Pop.
• Living Simply Soap – Sway to the timeless tunes of the 50s.
• Browse Awhile Books – Relive the 90s with grunge, pop, and everything in between.
• Bella Gray – Get your groove on with the funky beats of the 70s.
•Fox and Feather – Enjoy the soulful twang of Country music.
