TROY — The Miami East volleyball team got a 25-16, 25-11, 25-19 win over Troy Wednesday night at the Trojans Activity Center.

For Miami East, Whitni Enis had 13 kills and 10 digs and Jaycee Roeth added 10 kills.

Jersey Cutlip dished out 17 assists and Kylie Gentis had 15 assists and served six aces.

Kamryn Apple led the defense with 12 digs.

For Troy, Sophia Michalos had six kills.

Julia Kirner dished out seven assists and Cema Rajab had seven digs.

FAIRBORN — The Troy volleyball team was coming off a 25-15, 25-19, 25-11 win over Fairborn Tuesday.

Sydney Astor had nine kills, Julia Kirner had seven kills and 10 assists and Sophia Michalos added six kills and three blocks.

Kayla Huber had 17 assists and four aces, Livi Luciano had 16 digs and Cema Rajab added 11 digs.

TIPP CITY — The Tippecanoe volleyball team got a 25-12, 25-15, 25-23 win over Sidney Tuesday in MVL action.

“Had a very good first set with 14 kills and five aces, but got a little bit down in the second set when Emily Aselage went down with a sprained ankle and the score 5-5,” Tippecanoe coach Howard Garcia said. “After a little bit of back and forth battle, the constant attacks of Courtney Post and Savannah Clawson and the outstanding serving of Ava Jones got us through.

“Third set was a come from behind effort that was very rewarding for the team, despite the adversity in the match. Loved how we bounced back and stayed under control.”

Clawson had 19 kills, 17 digs and three aces and Post added 13 kills.

Jenna Krimm had 27 assists and Bri Morris added 10 assists.

Faith Siefring had 11 digs, Aselage added nine digs and Lexi Luginbuhl added two blocks.

Piqua 2

PIQUA — The Piqua volleyball lost a marathon match with Greenville 25-17, 26-24, 18-25, 23-25, 15-10.

Megan Hull had 13 kills and 24 digs for Piqua.

Abigail Kirk had eight kills, three aces, 19 assists and 18 digs and Campbell O’Neal had 12 assists.

SIDNEY — The Covington volleyball team stayed perfect in the TRC and got its seventh straight win, topping Lehman 25-18, 19-25, 25-17, 25-21.

CASSTOWN — The Miami East volleyball team picked up a TRC win 25-15, 25-12, 25-19.

Whitni Enis and Jaycee Roeth had 11 kills each and Avery Yeaple added seven kills.

Jersey Cutlip had 15 assists and 17 digs, Kylie Gentis had 15 assists and three aces and Kamryn Apple added 14 digs and three aces.

WEST MILTON — The Milton-Union volleyball team outlasted Bethel 23-25, 25-14, 25-18, 23-25, 15-13.

Layla Moore had 14 kills and four aces for Bethel and Kyra Clawson added seven kills and 11 assists.

Annabelle Adams had 14 assists, Claire Bailey had five aces and 13 digs, Jordyn Pham had 12 digs and Domino Watts adds three blocks.

NEW MADISON — The Newton volleyball team lost 25-19, 25-11, 14-25, 25-19.

Sienna Montgomery had 22 kills and Ava Rapp had seven kills and nine digs.

Makenna Kesling had 19 assists and three aces and Aubrey Stetzel had 10 assists and three aces.

Hannah Williams had 21 digs and Estie Rapp added eitght digs.

BRADFORD — The Bradford volleyball team lost 25-8, 25-12, 25-19 Tuesday.

Megan Wood had five kills and Addyson Mills added four kills and 14 digs.

Chloe Hocker had eight assists, Lilly Canan had 13 digs and Hayven Evans had 11 digs.
