MIAMI COUNTY — The Miami County YMCA Robinson Branch is offering a brand new program: Start with Strength.

This 7-week program offers two classes for kids ages 7-10 and 11-13. Kids will learn the fundamentals of strength training, coordination, agility, and injury prevention.

Registration begins Monday, Feb. 21, and classes begin Feb. 28. Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. for ages 7-10 and 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. for ages 11-13.
