Piqua Kiwanis recognizes local law enforcement

PIQUA — The Piqua Kiwanis Club recently celebrated Miami County Law Enforcement Appreciation Day by honoring local law enforcement members at a club meeting. Featured speaker for the program was Joseph Morbitzer, superintendent of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
