‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ to play at the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center

TROY — On Friday, March 25 at 7 p.m., the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center will show “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center is located at 301 W. Main St. in downtown Troy. The film is free and includes an informational introduction to the film. Popcorn and drinks are provided.

“Breakfast at Tiffany’s” is a 1961 American romantic comedy. The film was adapted from Truman Capote’s 1958 novella of the same name. It was directed by Blake Edwards and written by George Axelrod. The movie stars Audrey Hepburn as a naïve society girl who falls in love with a struggling writer. This classic film was nominated for five Academy Awards and won two. The music, including Moon River, won five Grammy Awards.
