PIQUA – Garbry Ridge is excited to announce the addition of Janell Havenar as the new executive director at Garbry Ridge.

Havenar, a Piqua native, joins Garbry Ridge after spending the past 13 years in the healthcare industry.

In 2017, Havenar obtained her Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) certification from the Ohio Health Care Association. Havenar also holds licenses as a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS); Certified Geriatric Care Informed Professional Certification (CGIP); and Dementia Care Specialist Certification (ECDCS). Havenar’s goal as the new executive director is to continue to fulfill the mission of Garbry Ridge by instilling a family culture through worldwide service with a constant attention to infinite detail.

“I want this organization to continue to have a strong presence in the community while providing only the best care to each resident and their own specific needs” Havenar said.

Havenar resides with her husband and four children in Piqua.
