PIQUA — Noah Burgh gave the fans a show at the Piqua Invite Under The Lights at Alexander Stadium/Purk Field Saturday night.

The Piqua senior crossed the finish line in 15:14.1 to win the race and lead Piqua to a second-place finish.

Rounding out the Piqua top seven were Brycen Angle, 18 16:23.5; Braden Holtvogt, 20, 16:27.8; Ty Pettus, 41, 17:09.9; Evan Clark, 44, 17:13.5; AJ Burroughs, 46, 17:17.8 and Harvin Bornhorst, 89, 18:06.8.

Troy finished sixth.

The Trojans top seven included Elijah Buschur, 12, 16:16.0; Ryan McChesney, 24, 1:38.9; Chet Snyder, 40, 17:08.4; Noah Zink, 51, 17:23.3; Gavin Romberger, 59, 17:35.5; Colin Walters, 70, 17:53.1 and Nate Reynolds, 71, 17:53.1.

Milton-Union finished seventh.

Colin Hinkelman was eighth in 16:09.5.

Rounding out the Bulldogs top seven were Zak Klepinger, 29, 16:57.1; Andrew Oaks, 65, 17:47.7; Jacob Grube, 73, 17:54.8; Chase Parsons, 86, 18:04.0; Tyler Shoemaker, 97, 18:21.1 and Liam Hartley, 131, 19:34.4.

Bethel finished 10th.

The Bees top seven included Justin Brinson, 32, 16:59.2; Kade Schweikhardt, 38, 17:07.4; Patrick Firstenberger, 54, 17:25.4; Michael Trussel, 67, 17:50.4; Cullen Firstenberger, 134, 19:41.5; Caleb Ratliff, 141, 19:56.1 and Caleb Wrobel, 172, 22:04.2.

Covington finished 11th.

The Buccs top seven included Beck Wilson, 16:23.5; Chris Deaton, 45, 17:14.6; Preston King, 77, 17:56.7; Calub Hembree, 87, 18:04.3; Kent Welborn, 107, 18:47.6; Henry Skaggs, 113, 18:56.4 and Landon Reynolds, 138, 19:51.5.

Newton finished 12th.

The Indians top seven included Seth Coker, 30, 16:57.7; Tanner Long, 64, 17:46.5; Nick Staub, 66, 17:49.2; Dylan Bauer, 81, 18:00.7; Garrison Hughes, 92, 18:13.7; Will Weber, 124, 19:14.8 and Eli Leingang, 139, 19:55.2.

Miami East finished 13th.

The Vikings top seven included Gunner Weldy, 35, 17:01.8; Johnathan Hedrick, 48, 17:18.4; Landon Moran, 69, 17:52.2; Reese Gipe, 102, 18:38.1; Corbin Farrier, 105, 18:46.7; Coleton Moore, 109, 18:51.6 and Tai McAdams, 156, 20:32.0.

Troy Christian finished 23.

Eagle runners included Landon Patel, 60, 17:41.1; Steven Edmonds, 108, 18:49.5; Jacob Pierce, 119, 19:03.5; Rhett Baldwin, 158, 20:39.7 and Henry Rupnik, 168, 21:27.0.

Mason Invitational

MASON — The Tippecanoe boys cross country team finished eighth at the Mason Invitational.

Tipp’s top seven included Everett Muhlenkamp, 29, 16:49.3; Dimitri Hartman, 36, 16:58.6; Ethan Berning, 43, 17:06.4; Will Hept, 56, 17:27.7; Elias Stienecker, 57, 17:30.8; Eli Ramos, 58, 17:31.6 and Ben Peirson, 69, 17:53.2.

BlackHawk Invite

GREENVILLE — The Bradford boys cross country team finished sixth at the Blackhawk Invitational Saturday.

Bradford runners included Kyree Roberts, 30, 22:10.8; Brenden Hansen, 31, 22:11.7; Eli Hoffman, 32, 22:15.4; Stephen Stewart, 33, 22:34.3; Lucas Nicholson, 35, 23:26.0 and Zeb Lavey, 36, 23:52.9.
