TROY — On a night when Ernst Soccer Stadium was dedicated and a ribbon cutting was held, Bradyn Dillow scored two goals for the Troy boys soccer team in the first half and they went on to win.

BELLBROOK — The Tippecanoe boys soccer team tied Bellbrook 1-1 Thursday.

Colin Turner scored the Tipp goal on a Dominic Mendiola assist.

Jace Sawyer had two saves in goal.

Piqua 2,

PIQUA — The Piqua boys soccer team got a win at Wertz Stadium Thursday.

Braxton Penrod had both goals.

Mazzi Martinez and Gage Walling had the assists.

Tanner Stevens had two saves in goal.

Bethel 3,

TROY — Phil Dix had a hat trick as the Bethel boys soccer team got a close win at Troy Christian Thursday.

“Wow, a great high school soccer match between two TRC rivals,” Bethel coach Bob Hamlin said. “I am really proud of our guys tonight. We fought hard. Twice we got down a goal, but we didn’t hang our heads.

“This was a true team effort tonight as everyone did their job. A lot of heroes out there tonight that won their battles. Very, Very proud of the Bees tonight.”

Dix got the game-winner on a through ball from David Kasimov with 17:41 remaining. It was the second assist of the night for Kasimov.

SIDNEY — The Lehman Catholic boys soccer team dropped a game Thursday.

Colin Potts had 14 saves in goal.

SPRINGFIELD — The Miami East boys soccer team lost on the road Wednesday.

Ty Rohrer had the Miami East goal on an assist from Carter Jackson.

Kaden Bodey had 14 saves in goal

Tippecanoe 3,

Troy 2

TIPP CITY — The Tippecanoe boys soccer team opened its season with a 3-2 win over Troy in a wild second half.

Cameron Smith had scored a goal in the first half to give Tipp a 1-0 lead.

The second half featured three of the four goals coming on a penalty kick.

The final one was made by Landon Haas of Tippecanoe to give the Red Devils the 3-2 win.

Bradyn Dillow had tied the game 1-1 on a PK.

After Tipp took a 2-1 lead on an own goal, Dillow got his second goal on a PK to make it 2-2 and set up the winning shot by Haas.

Jace Sawyer had four saves in goal for Tippecanoe.

Lucas Hickernell had six saves for Troy.

Stebbins 1

PIQUA — The Piqua boys soccer team got a win at Wertz Stadium Tuesday.

Mazzi Martinez had two goals and Braxton Penrod had one goal and one assist.

Gavin Larger, Brady Weiss and Troy Thompson had one goal each, Ty Pettus had three assists and Chase Pettus had one assist.

Tanner Stevens had six saves in goal.

SIDNEY — The Milton-Union boys soccer team got a road win in TRC action Tuesday night.

Mason Quisinberry had a big night for the Bulldogs with four goals and one assist.

Logan Keys and Levi Tracy had one goal each.

Titus Copp had one assist and Tyson Wright had 13 saves in goal.

Brennan Potts and Gus Richard had one goal each for Lehman.

Daniel Carlisle had one assist and Colin Potts had 13 saves in goal.
