Kicking off a somber anniversary
Lt. Chris Bobb of the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, along with Bob and Diana Scheib of Troy, hang flags on the I-75 overpass at St. Rt. 55 on Tuesday evening. The flags are in remembrance of this weekend’s 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
