VANDALIA — The Tippecanoe football team improved to 2-1 with an impressive 34-7 win over Vandalia-Butler Friday night.

TROY — Ironically, the Troy-Piqua football game being moved to early in the season from week 10 a year ago would have seemed to create much better weather for the game — instead of it being played in late October in week 10.

SIDNEY — The Troy boys golf team shot its best score of the year in a 161-176 win over Sidney at Shelby Oaks Thursday in MVL action.

TROY — The Troy boys soccer team came away with a 1-1 tie against Tecumseh Thursday night at Troy Memorial Stadium.

The Ohio Community College Athletic Association (OCCAC) has named Edison State Community College sophomore Brianna Slusher (Troy High School) an OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week for August 23–29, 2021.

TROY — The Troy volleyball team defeated Fairborn 25-16, 25-8, 25-9 Tuesday in MVL action.

It will be the 137th meeting of the Troy and Piqua football teams.
