The OSHIIP navigator is in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but voicemails may be left at any time outside those normal business hours.

Medicare’s open enrollment period runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7, with all plan changes going into effect on Jan. 1. The open enrollment period offers beneficiaries the opportunity to make plan changes and adjustments. New enrollees may also utilize this service year-long when it is time for them to sign up for Medicare.
