Greene Street UMC hold pre-election communion

PIQUA — Greene Street United Methodist Church will host a Community Unity Communion Service at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, at 415 W. Greene Street in Piqua.

The event is sponsored by Greene Street Methodist Church, Westminster Presbyterian, St. Paul’s Church, Piqua Christian Church, the Salvation Army, and the Surrendered Life Fellowship.

“On the eve of our Election Day 2024, we will come together as Christians to worship God, pray for the unity of our nation, and receive communion together. Worship with our community as we proclaim our unity under god,” the news release stated.
