FRIDAY

-12:23 a.m.: trespassing. Officers located a male in an apartment complex he does not live in and warned him for trespassing at the Piqua Senior Center Apartments on College Street.

THURSDAY

-11:23 p.m.: domestic disturbance. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at the Bent Tree Apartments on Garby Drive. Dustin Kaeck, 40, of Piqua was charged.

-9:06 p.m.: crash. Officers responded to a report of a crash at the Speedway on Covington Avenue.

-12:14 p.m.: warrant. Officers located and arrested De’rese Gooden, 34, who had an active warrant for obstructing official business. Gooden was placed in jail at the Piqua Police Department.

-1:32 a.m.: burglary. Officers responded to a complaint of several items being stolen from a residence at the Bent Tree Apartments on Garby Road.

-12:05 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct at the 600 block of Downing Street.

WEDNESDAY

-11:53 a.m.: domestic violence. Officers responded and arrested Jay Philpot, 33, of Piqua, with domestic violence at the 900 block of Camp Street.

-10:38 p.m.: criminal damage. Officers responded to a complaint of criminal damage at the 600 block of Caldwell Street.

-8:55 p.m.: warrant. Officers located and arrested Phillip Lazarus, 30, of Dayton, who had a warrant for drug possession at the 500 block of West Greene Street.

-3:15 p.m.: fraud. Officers responded to a complaint of fraud at the 600 block of Sunset Drive.

-2:27 p.m.: crash. Officers responded to a crash at the intersection of Park Avenue and Sunset Drive.

-11:40 a.m.: theft. Officers responded to a complaint of theft of a cell phone at the 300 block of Staunton Street. Chaz Scott, 38, and Clevante Scott, 24, were charged with theft.

-10:59 a.m.: harassment. Officers responded to a complaint of telecommunications harassment at the 1100 block of Young Street.
