-1:12 a.m.: DUI. Officers arrested Jason Davis, 52, of Piqua under suspicion of driving under the influence.

TUESDAY

-9:04 p.m.: DUI. Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation near the Winans on Spring Street. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and was cited for driving under the influence (DUI).

-8:59 p.m.: fraud. Officers responded to a complaint of fraud at the 300 block of Park Avenue.

-7:15 p.m.: harassment. Officers responded to a complaint of telephone harassment at the 1300 block of South Street.

-4:17 p.m.: crash. Officers responded to a crash near the Piqua Stor & Lock on Garby Road.

-1:15 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a complaint of a theft at the 400 block of Blaine Avenue.

-1:09 p.m.: fraud. Officers responded to a complaint of identity theft at the 800 block of Water Street.

-12:55 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of a wallet being stolen at Edison Community College.

-11:51 a.m.: theft. Officers responded to a complaint of theft from the Ace Hardware store on Covington Avenue.

-10:48 a.m.: fraud. Officers responded to a complaint of identity theft at the Westgate Villas.

-10:11 a.m.: fraud. Officers responded to a complaint of fraud at the French Oil Mill Machinery Company.

-9:34 a.m.: trespassing. Officers responded to a complaint of trespassing at the Bent Tree Apartments on Garby Road.

-7:40 a.m.: trespassing. Officers responded to a complaint of trespassing at the Baymont Inn and Suites.

-6:36 a.m.: criminal damage. Officers responded to a complaint of criminal damage to a vehicle window at the 1000 West block of Greene Street.

MONDAY

-10:22 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at Luckys’ Bar on Main Street.

-6:25 p.m.: harassment. Officers responded to a complaint of telephone harassment at the Bent Tree Apartments on Garby Road.

-2:50 p.m.: child abuse. Officers responded and arrested Levi Fitzpatrick, 28, for child abuse and neglect.

-11:22 a.m.: trespassing. Officers responded to a complaint of trespassing at Dunham’s Sports on Ash Street.

-8:55 a.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft from a vehicle at the 500 block of Adams Street. Matthew Cortonia, 39, of Piqua, was arrested.
