Spirit Emergency Medical Services weekly log

June 30-July 6

According to Brian K. Hathaway, Spirit EMS president/CEO, Spirit EMS was called to four emergency medical dispatches in Shelby County. That’s the same number of calls as the week prior.

All calls took place in the Houston EMS district, covering Loramie and Washington Townships, including the village of Lockington, but excluding the village of Russia.

All four patients were transported from the scene last week to Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy. Spirit EMS was assisted at two medical emergencies by Russia Fire first responders. Three of the four calls occurred between Sunday, June 30, and Monday, July 1, with the fourth call occurring Saturday evening, July 6. Responses to all the scenes were made from the Spirit EMS satellite station at 5125 Russia-Houston Road, Houston.

Spirit EMS successfully responded to 100% of its dispatched calls for the week.
