KETTERING — The Tippecanoe boys soccer team got a 3-0 win over Alter Thursday.

Collin Snider one goal and one assist and AJ Jergens and Cameron Smith scored one goal each and Colin Turner had two assists.

Jace Sawyer had six saves in goal.

SIDNEY — Troy Christian clinched at least a share of the TRC boys soccer title with a win over Lehman.

The Eagles finished 7-1 in TRC play.

Mikey Berner and Austen Taylor had one goal each.

Max Barnishin and Marek Bollinger had one assist each and Karter Denson had the shutout in goal.

Miami East 0

BRANDT — Bethel improved to 6-1 in the TRC with a win at Legacy Stadium on Senior Night Thursday.

The Bees can earn a share of the TRC title with a win at Lehman Catholic Monday.

“The Vikings brought the aggressin from the beginning and set the tone of the contest,” Bethel coach Bob Hamlin said. “We got caught up in the moment, but finally started to settle in and control the match as it went on. We scored some nice goals tonight, even though we were not as sharp as some other games. But, anytime you can beat East, especially on Senior Night, it is special.”

Seniors Evan Goodman, Gabe Veldman, David Kasimov, Phil Dix, Jake Smith, Nick Falkenstein and Cody DaLaet were honored.

“They have blessed us with some great soccer moments through their careers as Bees,” Hamlin said. “We are so proud of them.”

Kasimov had two goals, Falkenstein had one goal and one assist and Reynaldo Rincon Morin and Logan Norris had one goal each.

Phil Dix had two assists and Smith added one assist.

Reed Dix had three saves in goal and combined with Veldman on the shutout.

Kenzie Shortridge had the shutout in goal.

CASSTOWN — It was a scoreless tie in TRC action at Miami East.

Brooklyn Saul had nine saves in goal for Bethel.

WEST CARROLLTON — The Troy volleyball team improved to 11-9 overall and 11-5 in the MVL with a 25-11, 25-20, 25-13 win Thursday.

COVINGTON — Covington clinched at least a share of the TRC title Thursday with a 25-16, 25-10, 27-25 win at home Thursday.

They can win the title outright with a win over Riverside Tuesday at Covington.

Taylor Kirker had seven kills, 15 assists, 14 digs and four aces and Hollan Koffer had seven kills, 13 digs and three aces.

Addison Ventura had seven kills, 11 assists and 23 digs and Mazelle Reck had three blocks.

Ava Hartwig had five kills and Ramse Vanderhorst had 21 digs.

DEGRAFF — The Miami East volleyball team won 25-19, 25-15, 25-20 in TRC action Thursday.

Khalia Lawrence had 15 kills, Jaycee Roeth had 10 kills and Avery Yeaple added eight kills.

Kylie Gentis had 22 assists and 10 digs and Jersey Cutlip had 15 assists.

Whitni Enis had 14 digs and Kamryn Apple added 11 digs.

Maddie Fourman had eight kills, Chloe Simmons added seven kills and Myla Toney and Reign Wilkins had five kills each.

Taylor Bechtol dished out 24 assists, Olivia Simmons had seven digs and six aces and Grace Berner added five digs.

Sienna Montgomery had 19 kills and served three aces and Estie Rapp had seven kills.

Makenna Kesling had 16 assists, four aces and seven digs and Aubrey Stetzel had 10 assists and three aces.

Ava Rapp had 13 digs and Hannah Williams had nine digs and served five aces.
