TROY — Troy Main Street is in the process of planning the 2025 Sculptures on the Square exhibit that will take place in downtown Troy from June 14, through Oct. 5.

The exhibit will feature 20 sculptures centered around the theme, “Sow & Grow.” Sculptures on the Square is a biennial exhibit hosted by Troy Main Street that aims to engage citizens and visitors with downtown Troy through the use of public art.

Troy Main Street is currently in search of sculptures to be featured at the exhibit. The call for entries can be found at artist.callforentry.org/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=13928. All entries are due by 7 p.m. on Nov. 15. Artists can enter sculptures they already have created or a rendering for a sculpture they will create for the event.

“We are looking forward to receiving applications from sculptors over the next month and a half,” said Chuck Karnehm, chairman of Sculptures on the Square Committee. “The committee of volunteers who helps plan the Sculptures on the Square exhibit has been hard at work on the details for the 2025 event and we are eager to see how artists interpret this year’s theme of “Sow & Grow.”
