Troy Main Street welcomes new executive director

TROY — Troy Main Street has announced Amy Breinich is the organization’s new executive director.

Breinich served as the founder/executive director of Sidney Alive since 2016, said a Troy Main Street press release. From 2013 to 2016, she served as downtown director/administrative assistant at the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.

“Amy has done a fantastic job working with the local businesses in Sidney, and we are confident she will continue to do the same thing for our Troy Main Street members,” Troy Main Street President Dave Dilbone said in the release. “Not only does she bring a wealth of experience to the position, but she brings a passion and an excitement that truly made her stand out during our search for a new executive director. We are excited for the future of the organization under her leadership.”

Breinich, a Hondros College graduate, said she is looking forward to the new opportunity with Troy Main Street.

“I am honored to join the Troy Main Street organization and thankful for the opportunity to continue my enthusiastic career in revitalization,” she said in the release. “I’m excited to get to know the downtown business community, stakeholders, and those passionate about the vibrancy Troy Main Street brings to the area!”
