SUNDAY

-4:43 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near the unit block of South Dorset Road.

-12:36 p.m.: warrant. A male was arrested at the intersection of West Market Street and Archer Road on an active warrant out of Miami County. The male was taken to the Miami County Incarceration Facility.

SATURDAY

-5:29 p.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 2000 block of West Main Street.

-3:42 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near American Legion on South Market Street.

-1:09 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near Marybill Drive and West Main Street.

-12:17 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported at McKaig Court Apartments on McKaig Avenue.

10:19 a.m.: misuse of credit cards. Pedro D. Hernandez, 31, of Troy, was arrested for misuse of credit card_use expired, revoked, etc., after police responded to investigate a theft report at multiple locations.

According to court documents on or about July 11, Hernandez did with purpose to defraud: obtain property services by use of a credit card, in one or more transactions, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the card has expired or been revoked, or was obtained, is retained, or is being used in violation of the law; to wit: $100.00. Contrary to and in violation of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC).

-11:05 a.m.: theft. An adult male was charged with misuse of a credit card at Troy Quick Mart on West Race Street. Dad’s Convenience Store on South Union Street, Sunoco gas station and Walgreens on West Market Street.

-8:38 a.m.: telecommunications harassment. Police responded to a telephone harassment complaint at near the 1200 block of Bunker Hill Court.

-2:19 a.m.: drug possession. Police responded to a burglar alarm at the Troy Quick Mart. A male suspect was located behind the dumpster and arrested for possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments.

FRIDAY

-11:31 p.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the unit block of Cameo Circle.

-9:44 p.m.: endangering children. Jeremy W. Young, 36, of Troy, was arrested for endangering children_create substantial risk to health or safety.

According to court documents on July 12, Young was charged with endangering a child under 18 years of age, when he created a substantial risk to health or safety by violating a duty of care, protection, or support. He allegedly drove though a active intersection against a red light in attempts to leave a scene of a crash.

-3:14 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near Walgreens on West Market Street.

-11:36 a.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 300 block of Duke Court.

-10:15 a.m.: warrant. Police responded to the 800 block of South Crawford Street to locate a subject with a felony warrant. The subject was incarcerated on the warrant and charged with resisting arrest.

-8:53 a.m.: theft. A theft was reported at Kroger on West Market Street.

THURSDAY

-7:27 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct at Troy Quick Mart on West Race Street, where a subject was transported to a nearby hospital, another subject was arrested.

-7:27 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Richard W. JR. Tubbs, 47, at large, was arrested for disorderly conduct, open liquor container_public place.

-4:30 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported near the 1300 block of West Stoneycreek Road.

-3:07 p.m.: trespassing. A subject was charged with trespassing after police responded to a complaint of trespassing at Walmart on West Main Street.

-3:07 p.m.: criminal trespass. Scott A. Bowen, 48, was arrested for criminal trespass at Walmart on West Main Street.

-2:56 p.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 1500 block of Wayne Street.

-2:31 p.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 1000 block of Mayfield Drive.

-8:53 a.m.: theft. A female was charged with theft after police responded to a report of a theft at Casey’s General Store on West Market Street.

-8:53 a.m.: theft. Shelly R. Swiger, 46,was arrested for theft_without consent at Casey’s General Store.
