-9:46 p.m.: driving under the influence. Troy W. Castle, 59, of New Carlisle, was arrested for OVI and/or drugs OVI-refusal with prior conviction open liquor container_operator or passenger of motor vehicle.

-7:28 p.m.: criminal damage. Evelyn I. Wolff, 34, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was charged with criminal damaging/endagering_knowingly any means.

-6:56 p.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 700 block of East Canal Street.

-6:54 p.m.: disturbance/fight. Police responded to a report of a disturbance/fight near the 100 block of Kings Chapel Drive.

-6:11 p.m.: disturbance/fight. Police responded to a report of a disturbance/fight near Frickers on Experiment Farm Road.

-4:04 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported at Walmart on West Main Street.

-3:27 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported near the 1200 block of Todd Lane.

-3:23 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near Casey’s General Store on West Market Street.

-2:53 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near Wendy’s on Archer Road.

-2:42 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported near the 100 block of East Race Street.

-11:22 a.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 1200 block of York Lane.

-9:35 a.m.: burglary. A subject was arrested on an active warrant and was charged with aggravated burglary, domestic violence, aggravated menacing, obstructing official business, and protection order violation.

-9:02 a.m.: OVI. A subject was found to be impaired and arrested for OVI near Everybody Fitness on North Market Street.

-8:22 a.m.: child abuse. A parent was charged with child-endangering offenses.

WEDNESDAY

-11:59 p.m.: OVI. Chase T. Johnston, 19, of Sidney was arrested for underage persons_ underage consume beer intoxicating liquor and open liquor container_operator or passenger of motor vehicle.

-2:16 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near Walgreens on West Market Street.

-1:29 p.m.: disturbance/fight. Police responded to a disturbance/fight near Edgewater Drive and West Market Street.

-9:42 a.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 100 block of Kings Chapel Drive.

-2:37 a.m.: disturbance/fight. A disturbance/fight was reported near the 1300 block of Imperial Court.

TUESDAY

-3:50 p.m.: drug paraphernalia. Holly M. Greaser, 25, of Huber Heights, was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice.

-3:17 p.m.: burglary. Elijah M. Pearson, 26, of Troy, was charged with burglary_trespass in permanent or temporary habitation.

-2:29 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near West Main Street and South Plum Street.

-1:17 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported near Winans Coffee and Chocolate on Experiment Farm Road.

-10:11 a.m.: trespassing. A subject was arrested and incarcerated for an active warrant after police responded to a report of a trespassing complaint off the bike path near the Broadford Bridge.

MONDAY

-8:19 p.m.: theft. Two adult males were charged with theft after police responded to a report of a theft at Walmart on West Main Street.

-7:10 p.m.: A crash was reported near the 1800 block of West Main Street.

-7:02 p.m.: disturbance/fight. A disturbance/fight was reported near the 700 block of South Mulberry Street.

-4:40 p.m.: theft. A theft was reported near the 200 block of South Mulberry Street.

-1:18 p.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 1200 block of Stonyridge Avenue.

-12:29 p.m.: crash. A crash was reported near KFC on South Stanfield Road.

-11:21 a.m.: fraud. Fraud was reported near the 2700 block of Chatham Drive.

-8:14 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct near Buckeye House on South Market Street.
