Sneakers Walking Club Continues

TIPP CITY — There is still time to earn your free t-shirt. Join the Tipp City Sneakers and get walking. Walking is a form of exercise accessible to just about everyone. It’s safe, simple, and doesn’t require practice or special equipment. Tipp Monroe Community Services has continued and upgraded the walking club that was revived in January. The current goal for participants is to walk 100 miles between June 2 and Aug. 30. Each walker that turns in a completed mileage log will receive a t-shirt and will be automatically entered in a gift basket drawing on Aug. 30. There is no charge to join this club but registration is required. Visit tmcomservices.org for more information, to register and to print a mileage log. Logs are also available at the TMCS office. Information is also posted on the Tipp City Sneakers Facebook group page.
