To the editor:

The city of Piqua is so determined to have the landlord inspection and carport thing to clean the city up, but never want to enforce other ordinances they already have in place on home owners. This is where I would start to clean the city up!! Come look at 1115 Lincoln St in Piqua. We’ve been complaining about this property for years as well as our neighbors. Wrote the city to get actual documentation and got a response and now they ignore me. Still have my emails sent and received too. Would send pictures if I could.
