City of Troy Parks Department personnel along with PSC Crane & Rigging load a 32 foot Colorado Blue Spruce on to a PSC flatbed on Sussex Road for the trip to the square where it will be put into place as the City of Troy’s 2021 Christmas Tree. The tree was donated by Jean Vincent.
