MIAMI COUNTY — On Thursday, more than 30 Miami East High School junior class honors government students sat in on a Miami County Common Pleas Court arraignment session with Judge Stacy Wall presiding.
Judge Wall answered students’ questions about the judicial process including arraignment procedures, conflicts of interest, the open court system and the bond process.
The class, taught by Kevin Evans, is a college credit course in conjunction with Urbana University.
