OXFORD — A number of Miami County swimmers qualified for this week’s state meet.

In Division 1, Piqua’s Libby Bradney qualified in diving.

She has the 18th best qualifying score of 410.3.

In Division II boys, Troy’s Christian’s Caelb Reno qualified in two events.

He has the sixth fastest time in the 100 butterfly, 51.18 and 24th fastest time in the 50 freestyle, 22.08.

Tippecanoe’s Ben Prenger qualified in the 200 freestyle and has the 22nd fastest time, 1:47.25.

In D-II girls Tippecanoe had a number of qualifiers.

They include Abigail Haas with the 21st fastest time in the 500 freestyle, 5:21.61; and Alex Voisard, with the 15th fastest time in the 100 breaststroke, 1:07.19.

Those two teamed with Averie Jacquemin and Gracie Ganger to qualify in the 200 medley relay with the 20th fastest time, 1:53.77.

Kaylee Price of Bethel qualified in two events.

She has the ninth fastest time in the 100 freestyle, 52.83 and 10th fastest time in the 50 freestyle, 24.29.
