A “new” parking lot is open in the city of Piqua. The lot on the northeast corner of Water and Main streets, next door to the Lighthouse Cafe, had been closed since early June when construction crews began grading and adding proper drainage. With the street lights in place and the paving finished, the lot will not only serve customers of Lighthouse Cafe, but also all downtown businesses.
