Feb. 24

DRUGS: Breayanna Frazee, 24, of Mansfield, was charged with possession of drugs.

WARRANT: Officer located subject with an APA order of arrest. Eric Smith, 40, of Piqua, was arrested and found to be in possession of hypodermic syringes. He was also charged with possessing drug abuse instruments.

Feb. 25

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Jonathan Evans, 36, of Troy, was charged with domestic violence following an incident at Comfort Inn, 987 E. Ash St.

ASSAULT: Anthony Harris, 24, of Columbus, was charged with assault.

MENACING: William Stone, 51, of Piqua, was charged with menacing following an incident at 619 Park Ave.

Feb. 26

SUSPENSION: Traffic stop. Stephen Amick, 37, of Troy, was charged with operating a vehicle under OVI suspension.

OVI: Traffic stop in reference to driving in marked lanes and an equipment violation. Driver, Kevin Clarke, 49, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs an/or alcohol and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

DUI: Report of reckless operation. Nicole Graham, 36, of Piqua, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

DAMAGING: A male subject broke into the residence at 308 Brentwood Ave., then fled on foot. Male, Joshua Kisor, 27, at large, was apprehended and charged with criminal damaging and possession of drugs.

THEFT: Bobby Hunt, 25, of Piqua, was charged with theft at Walmart.

DUI: Trey Hostetter, 29, of Piqua, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Feb. 27

SUSPENSION: Trey Hostetter, 29, of Piqua, was cited for driving while under OVI suspension.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Officers responded to the report of a disturbance involving an intoxicated male who was bleeding and trying to fight other residents at the house. Oreon Carter, 39, of Springfield, was charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Brel-Aire Bowling Alley, at 8433 N. County Road 25A, reported a male had damaged glass to the front door. Male left business, but was located. Michael Mayor, 30, of Piqua, was charged with criminal damaging.
