Feb. 1

TRESPASSING: Subject who had been previously warned for trespassing at Kroger, 1510 Covington Ave., came to the business with his girlfriend. Scott Bowen Sr., 45, of Piqua, was charged with criminal trespass, and the female was issued a trespass warning per the manager.

BAD CHECK: Officer responded to Ulbrich’s Market, 407 S. Wayne St., on the report of an individual attempting to cash a bad check. Crystal Donnelly, 35, of Piqua, was charged with passing bad checks.

THEFT: Officer dispatched to Walmart, 1300 E. Ash St., for a theft complaint. Female attempted to take items from the store. Eyvonne Fields, 25, of Greenville, was charged with theft.

WARRANT: Officer assisted a Miami County Sheriff’s Deputy deliver papers to a male with a warrant at 1055 Jill Court. Gregory Texeira Jr., 35, of Piqua, was arrested. Charges include obstructing official business and theft.

Feb. 2

THEFT: Officer responded to Walmart on report of female that had stolen items from the store. Carol Brunson, 46, of Piqua, was arrested and charged with theft.

Feb. 3

DISORDERLY: Report of an intoxicated male at a business. Joseph Flory, 28, of Newton Township, was cited for obstructing official business and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 4

THEFT: Melissa Billet, 42, of Piqua, was arrested and charged with theft at Walmart. Her companion, Jeremy Doll, 43, was charged with obstructing official business.

THEFT: Employee of Ace Hardware, 1942 W. Covington Ave., reported a male subject was concealing items in the store. The manager confronted the male and he handed over some items he had concealed then left the business. The business was unsure if the male had any other stolen items on him. The male was located and found to have a warrant for his arrest. Male, Ezra Mohler, 35, of Ludlow Falls, was trespassed from the business and charged with theft.

SUSPENSION: Regina Smith, 45, of Piqua, was charged with driving under suspension following a traffic stop.

THEFT: Officer responded to a call at Walmart referencing a male subject stealing items from a business. Dale Taylor, 66, of Piqua, was located, arrested, and charged with theft.
