Custer and Carter Westendorf of Blizzard Ice Co. unload bags of ice at the Miami Co. Fairgrounds on Wednesday as setup continues for Friday’s opening day. Westendorf said that he expects to furnish between 800 to 1,000 20-pound bags of ice during the fair.
