St. Mary Church begins fish fries

PIQUA — The Lenten fish fries at St. Mary Church in Piqua continue Fridays from 5 to 7 p.m. through April 8. Meals will be served in the cafeteria at Piqua Catholic for dine-in or carry out. There will also be a drive-thru to purchase meals.

Drive-thru meals will have a set menu that includes fried fish, macaroni and cheese along with cole slaw and a dinner roll. Dine-in or carry out meals will feature baked or fried fish, French fries or macaroni and cheese, cole slaw or applesauce and a dinner roll.

Adult meals will be $10, seniors and carry-out will be $9 and children 12 and under will be $8.

Serving could change to drive-thru only due to health restrictions.

Trinity Church to offer free community meal

PIQUA — Trinity Church, located at 622 Gordon St., Piqua, will offer a carry-out meal on Saturday, March 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The meal will consist of chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, slaw, biscuit, applesauce, and cake.

Piqua Association of Churches to meet

PIQUA — The location of the next Piqua Association of Churches meeting Monday, March 14 at 7 p.m. has been changed to The Randolph & McCulloch Freedom’s Struggle Complex at 655 N. Main St. in Piqua ( The Bridge to Rossville) due to construction at Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church.

The R&M Complex will open by 6:30 p.m. and the North Star Coffee Station will have coffee and snacks available.

Tipp City UMC to host blood drive

TIPP CITY — The Tipp City United Methodist Church will host a community blood drive on Thursday, March 17 from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 8 W. Main St., Tipp City.

Richards Chapel UMC services
