Troy firefighters overhaul at the scene of a fire in an apartment building on Imperial Court on Tuesday afternoon.

TROY — Troy fire investigators are looking into the cause of a late afternoon fire in a four-unit apartment complex on Imperial Court.
Firefighters were dispatched just after 5 p.m. on a reported fire inside one of the apartments.
First units on the scene reported an “active fire” on the first floor and began evacuating all families from the building.
A call was put out for both Casstown and Tipp City Fire Departments to respond as mutual aide.
Troy firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze.
The American Red Cross was contacted to assist two adults who were displaced by the fire.
No injuries were reported.
