The Piqua Center hosts a 1920s themed New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball on Sunday, Dec. 31. The evening featured the comedy of ventriloquist Mike Hemmelgarn and live music from Nothing But Treble, as well as a catered dinner. Party-goers were also able to enjoy a fireworks display that was provided by the city of Piqua across the street.
