Troy bowlers sweep Stebbins; Piqua splits with Fairborn

TROY — The Troy boys and girls bowling teams have both clinched the MVL Miami Division titles, while the boys have also clinched the MVL title.

Both teams defeated Stebbins Thursday.

The boys won 2,446-1,806.

Troy had games of 1,029 and 987, followed by baker games of 247 and 183.

Drew Snurr rolled games of 226 and 185 for a 411 series, while Adam Shiltz had games of 194 and 185 for a 379 series.

Brayden Ganger had games of 195 and 183 for a 378 series and Nathan Hamilton had games of 187 and 186 for a 373 series.

Bryce Massingill rolled a 248 and Jordan Adams rolled a 227.

The girls won 2,071-1,161.

Troy had games of 836 and 921, followed by baker games of 136 and 178.

Kayliegh McMullen rolled games of 213 and 184 for a 397 series, while Jami Loy had games of 146 and 225 for a 371 series.

Hope Shiltz rolled games of 193 and 162 for a 355 series and Kylie Schiml had games of 156 and 179 for a 335 series.

Kaitlin Jackson added games of 128 and 171 for a 299 series.

Piqua teams

PIQUA — The Piqua bowling teams split a match with Fairborn at Break Point Entertainment Thursday.

The Piqua boys won 2,323-2,177.

Piqua had games of 905 and 1,036, followed by baker games of 181 and 201.

Ethan Snyder rolled games of 194 and 256 for a 450 series, while Collin Snyder rolled games of 189 and 257 for a 446 series.

Zach Henne had games of 202 and 203 for a 405 series, while Ryan Fleisher had games of 157 and 185 for a 342 series.

Dylan Jenkins rolled games of 163 and 135 for a 298 series.

The Piqua girls lost to unbeaten Fairborn 2,073-1,587.

Piqua had games of 598 and 647, followed by baker games of 191 and 151.

Desiree Warner had games of 138 and 156 for a 304 series, while Katelyn Brown had games of 115 and 153 for a 268 series.

Jasmine Gilardi had games of 128 and 126 for a 254 series and Lauren Hicks rolled games of 122 and 117 for a 239 series.

Haily Tyson rolled a 95 game and Lillian Clark added an 85 game. seven points each.
