TROY — In Neil Simon’s classic comedy, “Barefoot in the Park,” newlyweds Corie, a free spirit, and Paul Bratter, an uptight lawyer, share a sixth-floor walk-up in Greenwich Village. Soon after returning from their honeymoon, Corie tries to find a companion for her mother, Ethel, by setting her up with the Bratter’s eccentric neighbor, Victor Velasco. Inappropriate behavior on a double date causes conflict, and the young couple considers divorce upon realizing they are two very different people.

Barefoot in the Park is directed by Steve Dietrich, and stars: Rachel Brown as Corie Bratter, Zach White as Paul Bratter, Jenny Weber as Ethel, Mark Van Luvender as Victor Velasco, Arianna Chapman as Harry, the AT&T repairman, and Mike Beamish as the Delivery Man

Performances are Feb. 24-26 and March 3-5, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $14 each and are available online at www.troycivictheatre.com or by calling the box office at 937-339-7700.
