FRAUD: An unemployment fraud was reported on station. Contact information to Job and Family Services was provided.

FRAUD: A counterfeit bill was reported at Greenville Federal, 948 N. Market St.

ACCIDENT: A private property accident was reported at Speedway, 818 N. Market St., at 5 p.m.

ACCIDENT: Officers responded to an accident injury crash on West Market Street and South Ridge Ave at 5:20 p.m. Brian J. Snider, 44, of Huber Heights, was arrested for OVI, OVI refusal, speed, and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead in connection with this incident.

Feb. 1

ASSAULT: A subject reported he had been slapped in the face and his cellular phone stolen while at the Leaf & Vine bar at 108 W Main St. at 12:39 a.m. Cheyenne R. North, 25, of Sidney, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor assault in connection with this incident.

HIT SKIP: Officers located a vehicle that appeared to have been in an accident at 2:55 a.m. on the 800 block of Fairfield Road. The crash site was located nearby, and the vehicle towed. Investigation is pending.

ACCIDENT: An officer was dispatched to Dollar General on West Market Street for a private property traffic crash at 11 a.m. Upon arrival, a report was taken.

DRUG OFFENSE: A drug offense was reported at Walmart, located at 1801 W. Main St. An unknown substance inside a zip-loc bag was located in the lot.

FRAUD: There was a fraud report on Southview Drive at 3:12 p.m.

ACCIDENT: An accident with no injuries was reported at 15 S. Market St. at 4:45 p.m.

ACCIDENT: An accident with no injuries was reported in the area of West Main Street and Troy Town Drive at 6:34 p.m.

SUSPICIOUS: Police were dispatched to a trespassing complaint at the Royal Inn, 1210 Brukner Drive, at 9:46 p.m. A subject was issued a court summons.
