TROY — Part of East Franklin Street in Troy will be closed on Monday and part of Tuesday due to water line installation work.

East Franklin Street from Walnut to Mulberry Streets is expected to be closed from 8 a.m. on Monday, April 22, through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23. However, East Franklin Street will be open to through traffic during non-working hours, said a city of Troy press release.
