TROY — On Wednesday, Troy City Schools announced additional early dismissals due to high temperatures.

Due to the high temperatures and high heat indexes predicted for Thursday, Aug. 26, and Friday, Aug. 27, the Troy City Schools will be dismissing two hours early on both of those days.

The district stated it will continue to monitor the weather going into next week and, should it need to do so, will make an announcement at a later time.
