TROY — Friday was Senior Night for the Troy High School swimming and diving team.

The boys lost to Beavercreek 99-64 and the girls lost 99-71.

On Saturday, Tory girls won the Red Devil Invite (Tipp City) and the boys finished second.

-The Girls 200 Medley Relay of Cassidy Gifford, Mackenzie Gifford, Claire Martin, and Lily Zimmerman placed first with a 1:58.09.

-Cassidy Gifford took 3rd in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 56.82.

-Cooper Dues placed 2nd in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 55.88.

-Girls 200 Freestyle Relay placed 3rd behind Alter and Madeira with a time of 1:46.94.

-Cassidy Gifford placed 2nd in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 1:02.09

In diving,Troy sophomore diver Simone Scribner returned to competition after a knee injury sidelined her for several weeks. Scribner finished sixth out of 32 at the West Clermont Diving Invitational.
