To the Editor:

Elizabeth and I strongly support the Piqua Public Library levy on May 4th. Our public library is an amazing resource for all of our citizens. From the selection of books, movies, recordings, and periodicals that can be viewed or checked out, to the easy access to computer research and other internet services, the Piqua Public Library is essential to our community.

The second floor holds a vast collection of local history which is available for genealogy and other historical research. The library is housed in the beautifully restored Fort Piqua Plaza and is a centerpiece to our business and retail district. A vote for the library levy is an investment that returns dividends every day for our students, citizens, and other library patrons.

Please join us in voting yes on the Piqua Public Library levy on May 4.
