The Miami County Commissioners Greg Simmons, center left to right, Wade Westfall and Ted Mercer, assisted the staff at Miami County Job and Family Services Tuesday with their school backpack program. Over 400 student backpacks will be distributed to children who qualify for the program. All 11 Miami County school districts benefit from this program.
