To the Editor:

Although we’re not on Facebook, our daughter Christina relayed all the amazing comments that were made regarding our 65th wedding anniversary on April 23. We greatly appreciate all the beautiful cards and all those people who “honked their horns” as they drove by our residence. Thanks for your thoughtfulness in making this a very special and memorable occasion.
