PIQUA — The Edison State Community college basketball teams swept Clark State Thursday.

The Edison State men improved to 16-7 with a 78-64 win.

The Edison State women improved to 23-0 overall and 10-0 in the OCCAC with an 89-48 win.

The Chargers led 20-10, 47-20 and 76-30 at the quarter breaks.

Allison Siefring had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.

Kailah Johnson had 18 points and Whitney Staggs had 14 points and five rebounds.

Haleigh Behnken had nine points, five rebounds and three assists and Maddy Bakosh scored eight points.

Trisa Porter scored seven points and Riley McIver added six points.

Victoria Newland had eight rebounds and Audra Schaub dished out six assists and had four steals.
