MONDAY
-12:13 a.m.: assault. Deputies responded to a report of assault at the Miami County Jail on West Main Street in Troy.
SUNDAY
-7:13 p.m.: driving under the influence (DUI). Deputies responded to a report of a crash with no injury near the intersection of East state Route 571 and South state Route 201 in Bethel Township. One vehicle fled the scene but was soon located; the driver was charged with DUI.
-5:05 p.m.: fraud. Deputies responded to a report of identity fraud in the 800 block of Brookwood Drive in Concord Township.
-7:58 a.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft in the 1800 block of Ginghamsburg- Frederick Road in Tipp City.
-1:02 a.m.: assault. Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at the Troy Fish and Game Club on LeFevre Road in Staunton Township. A male subject was charged with assault.
-12:13 a.m.: trespassing. Deputies responded to a report of trespassing in the 2000 block of Lefevre Road in Troy.
-12:03 a.m.: trespassing. Deputies responded to a report of trespassing in the 6000 block of Bethelville Road in Bethel Township.
FRIDAY
-5:50 p.m.: possession of marijuana. Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of West state Route 185 and North Range Line Road in Newberry Township. The driver was cited for possession of marijuana.
-3:00 p.m.: disturbance/fight. Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance/fight in the 600 block of Harrison Avenue in Bradford.
-1:57 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft at the Miami County Incarceration Facility on North County Road 25A.
-12:16 p.m.: fraud. Deputies responded to a report of fraud at Chevrolet of Troy on South Market Street in Concord Township. A vehicle was purchased using a stolen identity.
-11:53 a.m.: fraud. Deputies responded to a report of fraud in the 700 block of North County Road 25A in Concord Township.
-9:27 a.m.: trespassing. Deputies responded to a report of trespassing in the 4000 block of West state Route 571 in Union Township.
