MONDAY

-2:01 a.m.: assault. Deputies responded to a report of assault at the Miami County Jail on West Main Street. Two male subjects were charged with disorderly conduct.

SUNDAY

-7:19 p.m.: disturbance/fight. Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance/fight in the 400 block of School Street in Bradford.

-6:45 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft in the 5000 block of South Dayton-Brandt Road in Bethel Township. Appliances were reported stolen by a tenant who was in the process of moving out.

-1:26 p.m.: criminal damage/mischief. Deputies responded to a report of criminal damage at the Eagle’s Park on Troy-Urbana Road in Staunton Township.

-12:34 p.m.: driving without consent. Deputies responded to a report of driving without consent in the 7000 block of Kessler-Frederick Road in Monroe Township.

-1:21 a.m.: drug possession. Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Main Street and Statler Avenue in Piqua. The driver was cited for driving under suspension and possession of marijuana.

SATURDAY

-11:30 p.m.: drug possession. Deputies conducted a traffic stop near mile marker 79 on southbound Interstate 75 in Washington Township. The driver was cited for speeding and a passenger was cited for possession of marijuana.

-11:14 p.m.: driving under the influence (DUI). Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the Miami County Fairgrounds on North County Road 25A in Concord Township. The driver was cited for DUI, driving under a OVI suspension and a violating marked lanes.

-5:45 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft in the 7000 block of South County Road 25A in Monroe Township. A trailer was reported stolen from the property.

-4:39 p.m.: DUI. Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated driver at the Miami County incarceration Facility on North County Road 25A in Concord Township. The driver was arrested for DUI.

-3:52 p.m.: drug possession. Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Piqua-Troy Road and West Peterson Road in Staunton Township. The driver was taken into custody for failure to comply, driving without a license and possession of marijuana. A white crystal substance that appeared to be methamphetamine was also located and sent to the crime lab.

FRIDAY

-11:25 a.m.: burglary. Deputies responded to a report of breaking and entering in the 8000 block of North Gates Drive in Rossville.

-11:22 a.m.: fraud. Deputies responded to a report of stolen identity in the 6000 block of East Loy Road in Fletcher.

-10:51 a.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft at Best Storage on South state Route 201 in Bethel Township. A catalytic converter was cut from a motorhome and stolen.
