March 22

POSSESSION: Keagan Carsey, 20, of Troy, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia from a March 17 incident.

March 24

INFORMATION: Deputies responded to the 7000 block of Cox Road, Newton Twp. for a report of a male possibly living in a condemned home. The property was checked, finding a vehicle there registered to the wife of the male reported to be living in the home. Several lights were also found to be on. Contact was attempted however was unsuccessful. This report is for information purposes only.

OVERDOSE: A deputy responded to the 3000 block of Farrington Road, Piqua, on a reported overdose. the subject was transported to an area hospital.

BURGLARY: A deputy responded to the 9000 block of Panther Creek Road, Newton Twp. A residence was broken into and items were reported stolen. Case pending.

TRESPASSING: A resident on the 10000 block of Covington Bradford Road, Newberry Twp. reported an unknown subject attempted to break into a barn on the property.

POSSESSION: Hannah Caudill, of Xenia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia from an incident on March 22.

FALSE ALARMS: Ashley Knox, 35, of New Carlisle, was charged with making false alarms from a March 8 incident.

POSSESSION: Matthew Cartonia, 35, at-large, was charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and OVI due to methamphetamine use.

March 25

BREAKING AND ENTERING: A deputy responded to the 7000 block of Versailles Road, Newberry Twp. for a breaking and entering complaint.

GSI: Michael Kavy Jr., 58, of West Milton, was charged with third-degree misdemeanor gross sexual imposition from a reported incident on March 18.
